Shipping
As we do on-demand production, we need to 3-5 business days to process your order. As such, we’ll ship your order within 3-5 business days after confirming your payment. You’ll receive a tracking number to track your package as soon as we have shipped your item.
Refund
We offer a Free Replacement or a Refund only if you receive a broken / damaged item. To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, you must send us a picture proving that you received a broken item.
Return
We do not offer return in case of change of mind. We only offer a Free Replacement or a Refund if you receive a broken / damaged item. There is no return or restocking fee in case of broken or damaged items.
